Who You Are

Are energised by interacting with people
Stay calm and organised when juggling multiple tasks
Take pride in offering thoughtful, attentive service
Enjoy being part of a team that values kindness, professionalism, and genuine connection

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Communicate confidently across all channels—face to face, phone, email, and everything in between
  • Bring a friendly, professional, and courteous approach to every conversation
  • Stay adaptable and calm, even when the day gets busy
  • Enjoy keeping things organised and running smoothly
