  • Coordinating visitor access, including signing guests in and out and issuing visitor passes where required.
  • Receiving, organising and distributing incoming and outgoing post for the office.
  • Managing general office orders, including stationery, provisions and other day-to-day supplies.
  • Supporting room bookings, travel bookings, courier arrangements and other administrative requirements where needed.
  • Supporting the reception and office management team with general office maintenance, repairs and callouts.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, visitors and Head Office colleagues regarding business updates, enquiries and day-to-day office matters.

What we’ll do for you

  • Competitive salary and company bonus.
  • Up to 65% employee discount.
  • Access to exclusive sample sales.
  • MetLife Virtual GP.
  • Medicash health support plan.
  • Workplace pension contributions.
  • Enhanced parental leave policies.
  • Cycle to Work programme.
  • Season ticket travel loan.
  • Annual Leave purchase.
  • Access to additional Retail Discounts.
  • Plus, a range of further benefits, including salary sacrifice for tax savings.

Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
