As we continue to expand, we are looking for a welcoming and organised Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our patients, clients, and visitors.

Role Overview

As the Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth running of the front desk. Your responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, managing appointments, handling enquiries, and supporting various administrative tasks. You will work closely with the rest of the Rightangled team to deliver a professional and friendly service that reflects our commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome all visitors and patients with warmth and professionalism. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presents a welcoming atmosphere.

- Telephone and Email Enquiries: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing enquiries to the appropriate department or team member and providing information where appropriate.

- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents. Support other departments with ad hoc tasks as needed.

- Mail and Deliveries: Sort and distribute incoming mail, handle outgoing correspondence, and manage deliveries.

- Data Protection and Confidentiality: Ensure compliance with data protection policies and maintain confidentiality with patient and company information.


Requirements

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Receptionist with the following qualifications:

- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role, ideally within a healthcare or customer service setting.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a warm and professional demeanour.

- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.

- IT Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel).

- Interpersonal Skills: A welcoming and approachable attitude, with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.

- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, especially when handling patient information and scheduling appointments.

- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities and demands.
