Lead eCommerce digital marketing for an online pharmacy: manage Shopify Plus, run paid advertising, implement marketing automation and HubSpot CRM integrations, optimise SEO and conversion rates, analyse performance metrics, and coordinate cross-functional and agency efforts to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Serve as the front-desk point of contact for patients and visitors: greet guests, manage appointments, handle calls and emails, perform administrative tasks, sort mail, and protect patient data confidentiality while supporting other teams.

Support recruitment and HR operations: source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, prepare offers/contracts, maintain employee records, assist with training, performance tracking, compliance, and employee relations.
