We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Part-time Receptionist to support the daily operations of our Budapest office and help create a welcoming, well-organized, and high-performing workplace environment.

As one of the first points of contact in the office, you will play an important role in shaping both first impressions and the everyday employee experience. You will work closely with the Senior Office Associate and Head of Office Operations, and gain hands-on exposure to office operations, workplace experience, and onboarding support in a fast-paced tech environment.

This is a part-time, office-based role. The schedule is 25 hours per week — Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Welcome guests, candidates, and partners; manage visitor access, badges, guest WiFi, and incoming calls from the building front desk

  • Coordinate meeting rooms, onboarding desk setups, and support interview day logistics

  • Maintain shared office spaces, kitchens, and meeting rooms; support inventory tracking and office upkeep

  • Coordinate with service providers (maintenance, couriers, catering, etc.)

  • Support office events, team breakfasts, lunches, and company gatherings

  • Help prepare onboarding days, welcome swag packs, and help create a smooth new joiner experience

  • Check mail, forward invoices and receipts to relevant teams, and maintain spreadsheets, vendor lists, and office documentation

  • Support access card and equipment coordination and basic reporting and operational tracking

WHAT YOU’ll BRING:

  • Fluent or native Hungarian and confident written and spoken English skills

  • Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Hospitality and service-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack; comfortable maintaining spreadsheets, tracking office data, and keeping documentation organized

AMAZING IF YOU ALSO HAVE:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or hospitality role

  • Familiarity with coordinating events or onboarding processes

WHY JOIN SEON:

As the face of our Budapest office, you’ll be the person who sets the tone for how employees and visitors experience SEON every day. This is a high-visibility, people-first role where the work you do is felt immediately — from a smooth new joiner’s first morning to a seamless candidate visit. You’ll be part of a collaborative Office Team in one of SEON’s most important global hubs, with the opportunity to build broader experience across workplace operations and employee experience.
