Job Summary

The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors and tenants professionally, managing calls and mail, and supporting the Facilities team as needed. This role requires maintaining effective working relationships, adapting to dynamic needs, and ensuring excellent communication and professionalism to contribute to a welcoming environment.
This position is based in our Milton Keynes office.

Role Description

  • Greet and assist visitors and tenants in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring they reach the appropriate contact.

  • Utilize company systems to route calls, mail, and manage general contact with internal employees and visitors.

  • Maintain all tasks related to the Front Desk, ensuring punctuality and dependability within specific shift hours.

  • Interact constantly with internal employees, customers, and vendors via various communication tools.

  • Assist the Facilities team and provide backup support as needed.

  • Complete assignments promptly and efficiently.

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all contacts.

  • Adapt and be flexible as part of the team to meet dynamic needs.

  • Ensure excellent communication skills are applied in all interactions.

  • Support the overall functioning of the Facilities Team and contribute to a welcoming environment.

Skill Level Requirements

  • Proficient in handling and safeguarding confidential information with the utmost integrity and adherence to privacy regulations and organizational policies. - Basic

Other Requirements

  • Completed High School Diploma or GED required

  • Ability to work flexible hours

12 months contract position.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is £26,000 - £29,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
