Job Description

More than answering phones and booking appointments - help shape every patient’s experience.  

Are you a Receptionist looking for a change? Or maybe you work in a similar role and are looking for a new challenge? If so, we’ve got a vacancy in our welcoming reception team at Coram Green Dental Practice in Brentwood - read on to find out more. 

  • Part- time hours available, 24 hours per week over 3 days 

  • Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent

  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.71

  • Typical shifts are flexible on days 

  • Close-knit, established team, delivering dental care for the best patients in Brentwood! 

About you 

We’d love to receive your application to our Receptionist /Administration vacancy if you have the following skills and experience: 

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn’t a must-have

  • A positive attitude, with an empathetic, friendly and well-organised approach

  • Previous experience carrying out administrative duties, including maintaining records, updating systems and supporting the wider team with general administration

  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills, with excellent attention to detail

  • Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with colleagues and patients

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads and work effectively in a busy environment

  • A proactive approach and willingness to support colleagues with a range of administrative and data entry duties
