What you will do:
- Support portfolio management activities and location strategy analysis
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and upcoming workplace needs
- Monitor portfolio and operational performance against budgets and plans
- Support the development and communication of workplace and location strategies
- Contribute to the oversight of physical security and workplace compliance requirements
- Review workplace services and vendor performance, identifying opportunities for service and cost improvements
- Analyze workplace experience feedback and support actions that enhance employee experience
- Support day-to-day workplace and operational activities across the portfolio
Who you are:
- We are looking for individuals with strong potential who are excited to learn, solve problems, and make an impact.
- Currently enrolled in University doing a Degree or Masters program
- Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Economics, or a related field
- Interested in workplace strategy, business operations, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and presentations
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
