About the role
The purpose of this role as Quality Standards Manager is, along with the rest of the Global QMS team, to lead and collaborate with QSC (Quality & Supply Chain) and other relevant functions to create and publish a compliant and efficient Haleon Quality System (HQS) in alignment with Haleon’s strategy.
This role is reporting to the Global Quality Management System Lead based in the London Bankside.
Key responsibilities

Establish and maintain a fit-for-purpose Haleon Quality System covering all product stages from development, manufacturing, storage, and distribution with Business units and cross functional teams.

Assure Haleon Quality Standards and E-SOPs (enterprise SOPs) are aligned and updated for continued compliance with relevant manufacturing and market specific standards and regulations.

Ensure timely publication, deployment, and effectiveness of the Haleon Quality Standards and E-SOPs across the enterprise.

Communicate, coach, and engage with Business units and other functions to ensure that Haleon Quality Standards and E-SOPs are well-embedded.

Promote and continuously improve, streamline and simplify the Haleon Quality System and associated validated computer systems, for ease of adoption and sustainability by the business units and functions.

Support the BUs to continuously improve through measurement and monitoring of appropriate KPIs.
Qualifications and skills
Essential
-
BSc or equivalent in a scientific field, Regulatory Compliance, or a related discipline.

Significant post-graduate time in the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry.

Broad knowledge of the Consumer Healthcare business and ability to network across all key business functions.
Excellent knowledge in the areas of:

Quality Management Systems.
-
Regulatory and legal requirements governing the development, manufacturing, and supply of Consumer Healthcare products.

Good understanding of the Consumer Healthcare products industry and process knowledge.

Familiar with Consumer Healthcare product portfolios and the distribution chain and regulations.
Preferred

Minimum of 7 years in a related field.

Strong technical writing ability.

Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, complex themes.

Ability to influence without direct authority.

Strategic thinking, but with an eye for detail.

Agility and ability to work at a fast pace.
