We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Quality & Compliance Executive to join our team. What we are looking for…

We’re seeking a motivated and collaborative professional to support the Group’s quality, environmental, security, and privacy certifications, alongside wider regulatory compliance requirements. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the business remains audit-ready at all times, supporting internal processes and helping maintain the standards that underpin our world-class services.

The successful candidate will be confident working across departments, coordinating compliance activities, maintaining documentation, and supporting colleagues with training and awareness initiatives.

This role based in our head office in Bracknell, UK.

Key responsibilities of the role…

Working with other members of our team, your responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining certifications by coordinating global teams and managing internal and external audits (such as SOC2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 42001, ISO 14001 and PCI-DSS).
  • Liaise with external certification bodies and coordinate the annual audit programme.
  • Supporting the risk management programme.
  • Proactively identify and escalate compliance risks to management
  • Managing supply chain risk through the risk assessment of new and existing suppliers.
  • Provide security, risk and privacy assurance to potential and existing customers.
  • Assist with security, privacy and AI assurance questionnaires from potential and existing customers.
  • Coordinating the business continuity and disaster recovery programme.
  • Management of team Policies and Procedures, including Security, Privacy, AI and Risk
  • Monitor business wide Policies and Procedures, ensuring they are reviewed in a timely manner and remain up to date.
  • Coordinating the implementation of new legislation and certifications into the business.
  • Coordinate training and awareness activities relating to quality, security, environmental, and privacy standards.
  • Help implement pragmatic and effective processes that maintain compliance while supporting operational efficiency
  • Support the development of a culture of continuous improvement across the business

About you…

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Professional experience in information security, risk, compliance and privacy.
  • Experience supporting or managing ISO certifications or similar and/or compliance frameworks
  • Experience supporting supply chain risk, risk management and business continuity programmes
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in internal auditing, continuous improvement initiatives, or delivering training is desirable
  • Experience within IT, telecoms, or technology environments is advantageous
