Support pricing management and commercial analysis: maintain price books, assist pricing updates and quoting, analyse competitor pricing, liaise with Sales, Product, Procurement, Legal and partners, and help improve pricing processes and governance.

Lead and execute a global sales strategy for a cloud CX/CCaaS provider, manage international sales teams, drive revenue targets, oversee pipeline, bids and forecasting, build strategic customer and partner relationships, represent the company at industry events, and develop sales talent and processes to improve performance.

Lead FP&A activities across the Group including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial modelling and commercial analysis. Produce executive and board-level reporting, maintain Excel models and Power BI dashboards, drive reporting automation and improvements, partner with commercial teams, and provide leadership and coaching across the FP&A function.

Lead product ownership as Product Owner in Agile teams: prioritize and refine backlogs, drive roadmap and commercial decisions, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, ensure delivery, and engage customers through webinars, roadmap sessions and user forums.
