Supports the marketing team by creating and adapting graphics, illustrations, layouts, presentations, campaign assets, social media content, and branded communications for digital and print media. Prepares production-ready artwork, maintains organized design files and templates, follows brand guidelines, incorporates feedback, and assists Sales, Marketing, events, PR, and internal communications. The role offers development toward greater ownership of design projects.

Coordinates recruitment activities, including interviews, candidate communications, job adverts, CV screening, ATS records, offers, pre-employment checks, and recruitment reporting. Supports onboarding, employee records, People Team administration, internal communications, training activities, employer-branding events, and recruitment campaigns. Handles confidential information while providing a professional experience for candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.

Designs and operates scalable, resilient infrastructure for high-availability cloud contact center services. Responsibilities include infrastructure automation, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, logging, alerting, security practices, incident playbooks, third-line support, zero-downtime deployments, troubleshooting, research, and proof-of-concept projects. The role collaborates with development and support teams and includes scheduled overnight and weekend rotations.
