Designs and operates scalable, resilient infrastructure for high-availability cloud contact center services. Responsibilities include infrastructure automation, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, logging, alerting, security practices, incident playbooks, third-line support, zero-downtime deployments, troubleshooting, research, and proof-of-concept projects. The role collaborates with development and support teams and includes scheduled overnight and weekend rotations.

Lead automated test development, maintain manual and automated test suites, investigate defects, coordinate testing, improve QA processes, and mentor QA Engineers. Collaborate with Applications, Change Engineering, and Product teams to support releases, track testing metrics, and increase software quality and automation coverage.

Lead a small QA engineering team responsible for manual and automated software testing, test planning, regression testing, defect tracking, and release quality. Review requirements, create test cases, develop automation scripts, monitor QA metrics, investigate defects, and drive corrective actions. Coach team members, improve testing processes, maintain QA documentation, and collaborate with developers and product managers to deliver reliable software.
