Your Role
As a Junior QA Engineer, you will:
- Ensure Quality: Implement and manage quality assurance policies for web development projects.
- Test Execution: Conduct thorough testing of web products to meet high standards.
- Defect Management: Track and resolve defects promptly.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate risks and issues clearly.
- Support: Assist with QA needs across the Brunswick community, including the AI team.
- Compliance: Ensure all web products comply with industry standards, focusing on accessibility.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with new technologies and trends, bringing back learnings to the team.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation and present your work effectively.
- Automation: Work with the Technical Director to implement test automation processes.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3-5 years in website development quality assurance, preferably with automated testing tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), CMS systems, and test management software (Confluence, Jira).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality, accessibility, and user experience.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bonus: Experience with performance testing and security testing.
