About the role
Reporting to the Engineering Director, this role will take responsibility for ensuring quality across our engineering deliverables, with a strong focus on testing processes, automation, and best practice adoption. The QA Manager will work closely with business systems and transformation teams to ensure a consistent and collaborative approach to quality assurance. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how we deliver high-quality solutions that delight our customers and empower our teams.

As a QA Manager you will
• Own the QA processes across charlottetilbury.com and the App, making sure we are consistent in our standards, have a process aligned to our risk appetite and use of automation across development teams.

• Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Develop and maintain testing frameworks including automated regression, UAT, and performance testing.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Digital Product Designers, Delivery Managers, Engineers and business stakeholders to embed quality early in the development lifecycle.

• Drive adoption of modern QA tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Report on quality metrics to senior stakeholders, highlighting risks and opportunities.

• Champion a culture of quality across the technology function, promoting continuous improvement.

About you

• Proven experience leading QA teams within a fast-paced technology environment.

• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and automation frameworks.

• Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating across cross-functional teams.

• Ability to coach and mentor QA professionals, enabling growth and development.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• A passion for driving quality and delivering outstanding digital experiences.
