Your Role Within Our Kingdom

As a QA Lead, you will play a key role in driving quality across the team. Acting as a QA leader and mentor within the team, you will provide valuable insights into the product’s state, guide the team in best practices, and foster effective collaboration across internal QA and external partners. You will help ensure that our game delivers magical, flawless experiences to players worldwide.

Purpose of the Role

You will leverage your expertise to lead QA efforts, taking ownership of QA planning, resourcing and quality practices. By empowering others and driving continuous improvement, you will help strengthen the team’s overall quality mindset.

Team & Impact

As the QA Lead you will provide leadership for QA within the team and coordinate external QA partners. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will ensure effective QA delivery, sufficient test coverage and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own QA resourcing to ensure sufficient coverage across feature development, releases and live operations.

  • Define and continuously improve QA standards, processes, tooling and automation.

  • Own and implement the quality strategy across gameplay, progression, economy, monetisation, live events and backend systems.

  • Maintain clear visibility of quality, test coverage, defects and risks, providing evidence-based release recommendations.

  • Ensure appropriate coverage across supported devices, operating systems, regions and network conditions.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align quality goals, identify risks early and drive issues through to resolution.

  • Mentor and coach team members in quality-assistance principles and effective testing practices.

  • Use live data, player feedback and root-cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and broader QA initiatives.
