Your Title: PX Partner

Job Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Our Department: People Experience (PX)

Trimble is a technology company that transforms the way the world works by delivering solutions that enable our customers to achieve better outcomes.

Are you a People Experience/Human Resources Professional that wants to take on a dynamic role driving operational excellence and fostering a vibrant employee experience? Join us and let's redefine the future of work together!

What You Will Do

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced People eXperience (PX) Partner to partner with our Operations department. This is a pivotal role where you’ll be the trusted advisor to our local leaders, the voice of our people, and the bridge between global PX strategy and local execution.

Approximately 160 employees work in the Operations department which includes Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Sourcing and Purchasing as well as Logistics. The PX Partner serves as the "go-to" face of PX to employees and managers within Operations and acts as the primary liaison and single point of contact to other key PX functions, including our global Centers of Experience in areas like People Systems, People Enablement, Talent Attraction, Total Rewards, and People Operations.

You’ll lead the local implementation of our global People processes, tailoring it to meet the unique needs of our Swedish organization. This includes everything from talent management and performance development to employee engagement and organizational culture.

A key part of your role will be managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with Swedish labor laws. You’ll handle sensitive cases, work with unions and employee representatives, and act as a trusted partner to leaders at all levels. To thrive in this role, you’ll need a strong PX foundation — ideally with at least five years of experience in a multinational or matrixed organization. You bring deep knowledge of local labor laws, a proven track record in employee relations, and the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the business. You’re resilient, self-aware, and act with integrity.

Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential, as is a collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. Experience with HCM systems like Workday is a plus, as is exposure to change management and cross-functional collaboration.

  • You will be responsible for Employee Relations as well as managing complex personnel and organizational initiatives. You will ensure policies, procedures, and practices comply with Swedish employment laws and align with the company's strategic goals and objectives;

  • You will partner with leaders in identifying changing organizational needs and assist in change management processes. Diagnose organizational issues, provide strategic PX advice, and offer up ideas and solutions that significantly improve organizational effectiveness and culture;

  • You will drive strategic PX initiatives which increase employee engagement, support the business, and evolve the culture. Collaborate and facilitate the design and implementation of company-wide PX business processes, programs, and initiatives;

  • You will advise and assist managers in processes such as performance management, workforce planning, and succession planning.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Academic degree within the HR area (BSc level);

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in increasingly more responsible HR partnership roles;

  • Experience from negotiations with employee representatives. Experience from working in companies covered by the CBA Teknikavtalet is an advantage;

  • Experience working in international high-tech matrixed and decentralized organizational structure is highly desirable;

  • Fluent Swedish and English is required as there are frequent interactions with the global Trimble organization;

  • Demonstrated PX/HR generalist or business partner background with planning, development, implementation, facilitation, and review of a variety of PX initiatives to deliver solutions;

  • The ability to be proactive, navigate the business to drive a variety of short and long-term strategies and tactics with varying priorities. Possess strategic thinking and planning/facilitation ability, and flexibility to function in a fast-paced and innovative environment;

  • Experience working with, presenting to, and influencing employees and leaders. Strong ability to multitask, take initiative, negotiate, and influence thinking. The ability to dive into the details will be critical for success;

  • Demonstrated competency in the fundamentals of Human Resources/PX including benefits, compensation, and compliance.
