Job Description

Ensure consistent positioning and increase visibility of Accor and its Premium, Midscale & Economy brands across all media within UK, Ireland and Benelux.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement a strategic PR plan based on brand pillars and corporate objectives
  • Ensure consistent messaging tailored to culturally diverse markets within the region
  • Manage and execute Corporate and Brand PR activities in the region, supporting Global PR initiatives when suitable
  • Enhance Accor and PME brands' positioning within key target media across UK, Ireland and Benelux
  • Identify media opportunities and lead proactive story-pitching
  • Translate brand programmes and corporate messaging into creative PR strategies
  • Manage PR agencies to ensure streamlined external communication
  • Support the spokespeople strategy for Accor executives and their positioning at media and industry events
  • Collaborate with the ENA PR team on overall regional strategy
  • Cultivate and manage media networks across the region

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in public relations, communications or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in PR, preferably in international teams or agencies
  • Strong media relations background with proven track record in corporate communication
  • Crisis and reputation management skills
  • Business fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficiency in PR tools and platforms for monitoring, reporting, and content creation
  • Understanding of the hospitality and travel industry trends
  • Creative thinker with ability to translate strategic plans into actionable outputs
