Support the Revenue Management on Demand Commercial Services team by performing IDeaS healthchecks, coaching hotels, maintaining trend and market reports, conducting market research, coordinating UAT and feedback, and helping deliver product roadmap initiatives while communicating insights and collaborating across teams.

Provide HR business partnering across head office: support recruitment, performance reviews, development, DEI initiatives, employee engagement, policies, payroll support, benefits administration, and lead projects while managing a small People team.

Handle B2B M&E group enquiries across ENA markets, respond to RFPs, recommend hotels, negotiate rates, maintain relationships with clients and hotels, use Salesforce/Back You to drive conversions and meet M&E targets.
