Responsibilities include handling tasks in commercial law, managing legal correspondence, preparing legal decision-making bases, creating standardized agreements, and coordinating legal matters. Qualifications include a Law degree, 2-5 years PQE in Commercial or Technology transactions, drafting and negotiating agreements, strong communication skills, and fluency in English with additional languages being desirable.
