Manage and grow Accor’s Travel Management Company and Consortia portfolio across the UK and global markets. Responsibilities include strategic account planning, contract negotiation, revenue and performance tracking, marketing initiatives, industry relationship development, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration. The role focuses on expanding business travel revenue, strengthening client partnerships, and increasing market share.

Drive UK corporate and business travel sales by managing TMC, consortium, and corporate client relationships; develop new partnerships; negotiate commercial agreements; execute sales and marketing initiatives; report on KPIs using CRM and analytics tools; represent the brand at industry events and client meetings.

Support the Revenue Management on Demand Commercial Services team by performing IDeaS healthchecks, coaching hotels, maintaining trend and market reports, conducting market research, coordinating UAT and feedback, and helping deliver product roadmap initiatives while communicating insights and collaborating across teams.
