So are we. Join Compare the Market as an Employer Brand Executive and help develop, evolve and amplify our employer brand - creating content, managing online channels and identifying opportunities to position CtM as a great place to work for candidates and colleagues throughout their lifecycle.

At Compare the Market, we’re a purpose-driven business powered by tech and AI. We’re building high-performing, results-driven teams with the skills, mindset and ambition to deliver outcomes at pace. Every role here plays a part in driving our mission forward, and we create an environment where you can bring your authentic self, grow your career and see the direct impact of your work.

We’re looking for a creative, organised and delivery-focused individual who can bring fresh ideas to life, build strong internal networks and help showcase what makes CtM a standout place to build a career.

What you’ll be doing:

• Maintain a strong, current employer brand aligned to the target talent needs of the business, helping CtM be recognised as a leading employer for tech, data and AI skills, as well as broader recruitment.

• Identify, collate, curate and publish content across channels including LinkedIn, Glassdoor and our careers website to keep our “shop window” for life at CtM current and dynamic.

• Proactively identify content from internal and external communications that can be translated into engaging employer brand activity.

• Identify key events where CtM should have a presence and coordinate the organisation’s employer brand activity at those events.

• Spot opportunities to amplify CtM’s employer brand through activity such as merchandise, partnerships and one-off projects.

• Manage projects to budget, delivering clear outputs on time and measuring outcomes against agreed targets.

What we’re looking for:

• An understanding of how to create compelling content across multiple channels, with a marketing background being advantageous.

• A socially savvy approach, with willingness to learn how to use relevant technology and social platforms in a business context.

• Strong creativity, idea generation and curiosity to test new concepts and prove what works.

• Confidence building internal networks and encouraging colleagues to engage with employer brand activity.

• Good organisational skills, including robust project management and a clear focus on delivery.

• A clear understanding of how to set targets, measure outcomes and use insight to improve activity.

• Ambition, determination and enthusiasm to do amazing things as part of a fast-moving team.

Why Compare the Market?

We’re a business built for pace and performance. Here, you’ll be encouraged to think differently, act boldly, and deliver brilliantly in a culture that values results and rewards progress.

If you’re ready to stretch yourself, raise the bar, and grow with a team that’s serious about performance, innovation, and purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
