About you:

You bring experience in creating clear, customer‑focused propositions that help people understand the real value of a product. You’re curious about how people work, and you use data, customer feedback and market insight to guide your decisions. You enjoy turning complex ideas into simple stories that make sense to others. You’re confident working with teams across product, sales and marketing, and you’re comfortable owning your work from first idea through to launch. You also have experience working with Human Capital Management (HCM) products or people‑tech, and you understand how buyers in this space think and make decisions.
Day‑to‑day, you will:

• Build and shape clear product propositions based on customer needs, market insight and commercial analysis.
• Work closely with product, marketing and sales teams to prepare for launches and make sure everyone has what they need to take products to market.
• Create simple, helpful content such as one‑pagers, pitch decks and messaging guides that help teams explain the product story with confidence.
• Use data to monitor how propositions are performing and make changes when needed to keep them relevant and effective.
Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Experience working with Human Capital Management (HCM) or people‑tech software.
• Experience working with sales enablement tools or customer advocacy programmes.
• Familiarity with agile ways of working.
• Experience using AI tools to speed up content creation and deliver work at pace.
