11 Proposition Executive
Maternity Cover - 12 Month FTC
Dorking or Basingstoke
Hybrid 2 days per week in office
Circa £35,000 per annum
What will you bring?

We are seeking a Proposition Executive to work in partnership with Proposition Managers to research, design, implement and test key initiatives on the roadmap. You will gain insights into target segments through conducting customer research, and feed learnings back into proposition design.
You will support the delivery of propositions by coordinating implementation, conducting market analysis and simplifying complex information. Conducting customer research to extract valuable insights and contributing to proposition design will be essential parts of your role. You’ll need to ensure meticulous attention to detail, spotting mistakes and improving processes. The ability to balance listening and contributing effectively, asking questions, and proactively finding answers is crucial. Additionally, you will need to understand and extract customer experiences, journeys, and case studies.
