Main Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the full process of product planning, design, and development for event systems and promotion systems.

-          Game Theory
Strategic Decision-Making: Understanding game theory is crucial for designing systems where users' decisions impact their rewards and engagement. This helps in creating scenarios where users are incentivized to take specific actions that align with business goals

Incentive Structures: The ability to model and predict how different incentives (rewards, penalties, bonuses) will influence user behaviour, ensuring that the loyalty program or gamification elements drive the desired outcomes.

Reward Algorithms: Expertise in mathematical modelling to design algorithms that determine how rewards are allocated. This includes understanding probabilities to create fair yet engaging systems (e.g., random rewards, loot boxes).

Risk & Reward Balancing: The ability to balance risk and reward in a way that keeps users engaged without making the system too easy or too hard. This involves statistical analysis and simulations to predict outcomes and fine-tune the system.

-           Behavioural Economics & Psychology
Understanding User Motivation: Knowledge of behavioural economics to understand what drives user decisions, including concepts like loss aversion, the endowment effect, and the psychology of rewards.

Habit Formation: Expertise in designing systems that encourage repeated user engagement, leveraging principles from psychology like the hook model (trigger, action, variable reward, investment).

2. Design and implement systems for the automated creation, generation, and operation of various events.

3. Work closely with the marketing team to develop tools that can quickly generate customer acquisition event pages.

4. Design and implement a personalized in-product event push system to improve user conversion and retention rates

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications

  1. More than 5 years of experience as a product manager, including at least 3 years of successful experience with event systems, promotion systems, or similar marketing technology platforms.
