  • Ability to define and track operational metrics that demonstrate project efficiency and show the impact of AI-enabled processes on delivery speed, quality, and output.
  • A passion for improving ways of working, identifying bottlenecks, proposing new workflows, and helping teams adopt more scalable, effective processes.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, analysing delivery patterns, learning from challenges, and implementing improvements that strengthen future project performance.
  • Strong capability using Asana (or similar project management platforms) to organise projects, enhance visibility, maintain governance standards, and enable teams to self-serve confidently.

  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach, with the confidence to influence, support, and energise others while contributing to a culture of speed, clarity, accountability, and shared purpose.

Equally important is attitude. We want people who think big (to make an impact), ask why (to find a better way), and show respect (to everyone, at every level, all the time). Those are our values, and they’re a big part of what we’re looking for in you.

Why Join Us
  • You’ll be part of a supportive, curious team that cares about learning, improving, and trying new things, not just ticking boxes.
