Job Description

🗺️ Location: Euston Road, London

📃 Permanent, fulltime

💰£60,000-£80,000 per annum

🏢 Hybrid: Minimum of 2 days in the office per week

What will the role involve?

  • Leading successful project outcomes: Manage complex cloud migrations, software upgrades, and new implementations from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Client and stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring high visibility and smooth project delivery.
  • Financial management: Take ownership of project planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting with precision. Your role will be crucial in ensuring optimal financial outcomes for both the company and clients, driving profitability and cost-efficiency.
  • Driving project success: Resolve challenges proactively, ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Team collaboration: Work alongside a tight-knit team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

We want to hear from you if you have experience in customer software delivery and can bring most of the following:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Project Management within software delivery.
  • A solid background in software implementations, upgrades, and on-premises to cloud migrations.
  • Proven success in handling large, complex projects and working within a structured governance framework.
  • Strong expertise in budget management, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
  • The ability to tackle RAG escalations and steer projects back on track.
  • A confident communicator with face-to-face customer interaction experience.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to manage change effectively.

It would be a bonus if you also had:

  • An understanding of mortgages and mortgage products.
  • Project Management certifications (Prince2, PMP, Agile PM, etc.).
  • Supplier and 3rd party management experience.
  • Knowledge of AWS and cloud migration strategies.
