ROLE PURPOSE

We’re recruiting a Project Manager to be the operational day-to-day lead on a key Dentsu Creative UK account. Working closely with our account leads across business units, you’ll be a proactive, driving force for trafficking and managing projects, ensuring all tasks are delivered on time and on budget. You’ll also be responsible for developing and establishing efficient processes and workflows, according to industry best practices.

The successful candidate will be a strong problem-solver, decision-maker and collaborator with exceptional communication and people management skills. They’ll also be brilliant at juggling multiple complex projects and possess a solid awareness of editorial and content requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing and maintaining detailed production timelines to track progress across multiple workstreams
  • Managing workflows, adjusting tasks and deadlines accordingly
  • Organising all creative WIPs and following the correct creative approval process
  • Liaising with Account Management to ensure that the project timing plan and deliverables list are up to date
  • Tracking and managing team hours and expenses in collaboration with Account Management
  • Managing resourcing allocations with Resource Management, and sourcing the correct internal or external resource support as and when required
  • Sharing progress updates with clients and/or senior stakeholders, as required
  • Organising and attending regular status and resource meetings
  • Ensuring that all relevant financial documentation is kept up to date including quotes, and invoices / purchase order admin using Paprika
  • Ensuring quality control of the end product
  • Managing and maintaining meeting notes

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Demonstrable experience in project management, traffic management or an associated position in an agency environment
  • Experience in managing campaign project delivery is essential and experience in social media deliverables would be beneficial
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, plus a sharp attention to detail
  • Solid organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel) and project management software (Smartsheets, Trello, Asana, Jira, Monday, Planner etc.)
  • Experience in managing projects via Kanban methodology would be beneficial
  • Proven track record in problem solving and course correcting independently and proactively
