FINN Partners is looking for an organised, results-driven Project Manager to join our growing team. The Project Manager will lead the execution of cross-functional projects. Working closely with strategists, designers, developers, social, and account teams, you’ll help translate client briefs into clear project plans and help guide the delivery of websites, digital landing pages, and other marketing initiatives. You’ll create detailed project plans and ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and up to high standards. As a key player, you’ll manage client expectations, gather feedback, and collaborate closely with your team to ensure the success of each project.

Responsibilities:
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables across digital projects including website, campaigns, and platform updates.
- Partner with account, creative, developers, strategists, and other team members to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
- Able to uncover project requirements and translate them into clear timelines, tasks, and workflows.
- Act as the communication hub for project teams, vendors, and clients.
- Maintain project documentation such as status updates, schedules, and project plans.
- Proactively identify project risks and help implement solutions.
- Ensure quality standards are met through coordination, reviews, and QA processes.
- Schedule and lead key project touchpoints including internal and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an agency setting or comparable environment working with integrated teams.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree or equivalent experience required.
