Job Description
Project Manager is responsible for leading projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality. This role combines strong project execution with continuous improvement and stakeholder management, acting as a trusted partner to both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project execution by facilitating collaboration across stakeholders, tracking delivery against agreed milestones, and proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies to achieve project objectives.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with high stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Act as a customer and partner advocate, ensuring solutions meet or exceed expectations.
  • Identify and support opportunities to improve processes, reduce time to revenue, and enhance implementation efficiency.
  • Maintain full ownership of project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and meeting minutes.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and blockers to ensure project success.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational project management best practices and support audit preparation and compliance activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers.
  • Facilitate workshops, lead stakeholder discussions, and support resolution of project risk, issues and stakeholder conflicts when required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong planning, risk management, and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner, PMP, Agile Project Management certification, or equivalent project management qualification (desirable)
  • Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Location expectations  
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
