Our project delivery team takes pride in providing first class audio-visual solutions to our expanding roster of live event clients worldwide. At Creative Technology London, we're seeking individuals who share our passion and possess extensive knowledge of the Music, Film & TV, Sporting, and corporate markets.

In this role, you'll be tasked with not only interpreting our clients' event requirements and aligning resources accordingly. You'll engage in follow-up communication to present our company's services through consultation and documented quotations. Additionally, you'll oversee project cost control, resource allocation, and acquisition to ensure the seamless delivery and guarantee of our services.

On-site, you'll lead the day-to-day operations, taking charge of the safe working practices of both company and freelance personnel. Building and maintaining client relationships for future business opportunities will also be a key responsibility in this role.

Primary Objectives.

  • Dealing directly with clients and being a central point of contact.
  • Assessing client requirements and generating accurate quotations that adhere to commercial targets.
  • High-level, accurate project delivery

  • Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Account Management team, Sales and Business Development Teams.
  • Create detailed project plans, schedules and cost estimates
  • Identifies resources needed and assign equipment & crew resource.
  • Negotiate contract for any outsourced contractor.
  • Keep the company CRM up to date and accurate, constantly maintaining owned contact, clients, and opportunities.
  • Carry out risk assessments and manage risk control on projects, while always liaising with client and other parties.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Reconcile & invoice completed work.
  • Monitor project profitability, revenue, & margins within a pre-determined budget
  • Provide out of hours callout duty.
  • Provide support and assistance to general office when not actively involved with project work.
  • Working within the NEP group to maximise Group revenue.
  • Adhering to internal processes.
  • Lead on-site project delivery and manage all production elements
  • You may be expected to travel to site or other offices where applicable both in the UK and Worldwide.
  • Support where needed on Internal and external ISO accreditation audits.
Skills / Qualifications
  • Good technical knowledge of Displays, LED, Video, Audio, Lighting used in live events.
  • Working knowledge of Rigging and Lighting fundamentals beneficial.
  • An understanding of what is involved in Project Management and the processes.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • A positive attitude to dealing with people.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Good understanding of the Live Events industry.
  • Good IT skills including MS Office.
  • Good Interpersonal Skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Full UK Driving License.
