Own the design, configuration, testing, integration, and live delivery of complex vision systems for outside broadcast trucks, flypacks, and remote productions. The role requires expertise in SMPTE ST 2110, SDI/IP workflows, broadcast networking, PTP, multicast, control systems, and fault resolution. The engineer will lead live production support, create technical documentation, improve system reliability, and mentor less experienced engineers while serving as the primary technical authority on site.

Own technical projects for outside broadcasts and live productions from client brief through on-site delivery. Develop technical plans, coordinate engineering, operations, commercial teams, equipment, facilities, staffing, logistics, timelines, and budgets. Serve as the client and internal point of contact, manage changing requirements, prepare documentation and quotations, oversee costs, and ensure successful, safe, high-quality delivery.

Leads high-value bids, tenders, renewals, and strategic proposals from qualification through submission. Coordinates Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and other stakeholders to create compelling, commercially sound propositions. Manages pipeline visibility, forecasting, pricing, risk, and account planning through Salesforce and commercial data. Leads Commercial Proposal Coordinators and establishes governance, processes, and quality standards to improve proposal delivery and support business growth.

Coordinates bids, tenders, renewals, RFPs, and commercial proposals from receipt through submission. Manages deadlines, stakeholder input, documentation, quotes, proposal materials, formatting, proofing, version control, and final checks. Maintains accurate Salesforce pipeline information and collaborates with Commercial, Engineering, Technical, and Operations teams to deliver polished submissions on time.

Coordinates the planning, booking, allocation, delivery, and return of owned and hired broadcast equipment for outside broadcast events. Responsibilities include preparing purchase orders, invoices, carnet documents, load sheets, and equipment records; liaising with crews, suppliers, freight agents, and engineering teams; tracking shortages or damage; and supporting fast responses to equipment issues. The role requires strong organization, communication, negotiation, computer, scheduling, and logistics skills, plus flexibility for occasional out-of-hours support.

Coordinate people, crew, freelancers, travel, accommodation, accreditation, schedules, purchase orders, invoices, and production documentation for outside broadcasts. Manage multiple live production projects, maintain communication with stakeholders, resolve changing requirements, and improve planning efficiency. The role supports high-profile sports, entertainment, and broadcast events from planning through delivery.

Maintain and operate broadcast and AV systems across live parliamentary, government, sports, and event environments. Responsibilities include fault finding, camera and vision control, audio and video routing, equipment rigging, streaming and transcoding, media asset management, basic editing, client support, and small-scale project work. The role requires working effectively under pressure in rotating and unpredictable shifts, including weekends, with occasional travel.

Lead AV systems integration projects from award to handover, managing scope, budget, schedule, contracts, documentation, risks, on-site delivery, commissioning and client sign-off while coordinating engineering, procurement, installation and service teams.
