Own the design, configuration, testing, integration, and live delivery of complex vision systems for outside broadcast trucks, flypacks, and remote productions. The role requires expertise in SMPTE ST 2110, SDI/IP workflows, broadcast networking, PTP, multicast, control systems, and fault resolution. The engineer will lead live production support, create technical documentation, improve system reliability, and mentor less experienced engineers while serving as the primary technical authority on site.

Own technical projects for outside broadcasts and live productions from client brief through on-site delivery. Develop technical plans, coordinate engineering, operations, commercial teams, equipment, facilities, staffing, logistics, timelines, and budgets. Serve as the client and internal point of contact, manage changing requirements, prepare documentation and quotations, oversee costs, and ensure successful, safe, high-quality delivery.

Leads high-value bids, tenders, renewals, and strategic proposals from qualification through submission. Coordinates Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and other stakeholders to create compelling, commercially sound propositions. Manages pipeline visibility, forecasting, pricing, risk, and account planning through Salesforce and commercial data. Leads Commercial Proposal Coordinators and establishes governance, processes, and quality standards to improve proposal delivery and support business growth.
