Lead on-site pre-production and delivery for live events at Tobacco Dock. Interface with clients to generate accurate quotations, manage budgets, resources, contractors, Health & Safety documentation, CAD/schematics and CRM records. Oversee day-to-day project operations, risk assessments, invoicing, profitability monitoring, and support ISO and internal processes to ensure safe, timely, and profitable event delivery.

Lead on-site delivery of live event audio-visual projects: interpret client requirements, create quotes and project plans, allocate equipment and crew, control costs and profitability, manage risks and safety, maintain client relationships and CRM, reconcile invoicing, and provide out-of-hours support and travel as required.

Lead technical ownership, design, configuration and live operation of vision systems for OB trucks and flypacks. Engineer IP (SMPTE ST 2110) and hybrid SDI/IP workflows, configure network switches, integrate broadcast control and replay systems, validate systems for live broadcast reliability, troubleshoot faults rapidly, produce engineering documentation, and mentor junior engineers.
