Competitive + Bonus

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Professional Services team, helping coordinate the successful delivery of IRIS software solutions for our customers.

You don’t need to already be a Project Manager. We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, confident working with customers and comfortable coordinating multiple priorities at once. You could come from software, customer delivery, consulting, operations, customer success or another coordination-focused environment.

You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to keep projects organised, maintain clear communication and make sure actions and timelines continue moving forward.

What will you be doing?

  • Coordinate customer projects from planning through to completion.

  • Keep project plans, timelines, actions and key information organised and up to date.

  • Work closely with customers to understand priorities and provide regular updates.

  • Coordinate internal teams and specialists involved in project delivery.

  • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities at the same time.

  • Track risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where support is needed.

  • Proactively follow up on actions to keep delivery moving.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

  • Support smooth project completion and customer handovers.

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent organisation and coordination skills.

  • Experience managing multiple tasks, deadlines or pieces of work simultaneously.

  • Confidence communicating with customers and stakeholders.

  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • The ability to stay organised when priorities change.

  • A collaborative approach to working across different teams.

  • Experience within software, technology, customer delivery, Payroll or HR would be beneficial.

Formal Project Management experience or qualifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP aren’t essential. We’re much more interested in your ability to organise, communicate, coordinate and keep things moving.

Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Impact: Your work will influence millions globally.

  • Growth: Continuous learning and career development opportunities.

  • Belonging: A culture that celebrates diversity and empowers every individual.
