What You'll Be Doing:
Lead Customer Implementations
Own the end-to-end delivery of customer onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring alignment across technical, operational, regulatory and commercial workstreams.
Develop and maintain project plans, manage milestones and dependencies, and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks to keep projects moving forward.
Act as the driving force behind successful programme launches, ensuring both customers and internal stakeholders remain aligned throughout the journey.
Be the Trusted Customer Partner
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers once contracts have been signed, building trusted relationships and guiding them through implementation with confidence and transparency.
Manage expectations, facilitate decision-making and navigate challenges while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Work closely with customers to understand their objectives and ensure Enfuce's solutions are configured and delivered to meet their needs.
Coordinate Across the Payments Ecosystem
Bring together multiple stakeholders across product, engineering, compliance, operations and customer success to ensure seamless execution.
Collaborate with external partners including card schemes, card manufacturers, programme managers and other ecosystem participants as required.
Translate business requirements into actionable plans and help bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
Drive Continuous Improvement
Document key decisions, project outcomes and customer-specific configurations to support smooth handovers and long-term success.
Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, enhance the customer experience and strengthen collaboration across teams.
Support strategic internal initiatives that help Enfuce scale its delivery capabilities and product offering.
What You'll Bring:
You have experience managing complex projects within the payments industry and understand the realities of launching and operating card programmes.
You may currently work for an issuer processor, BIN Sponsor, programme manager, card bureau, scheme, bank or fintech operating within the card payments ecosystem.
Proven experience delivering customer-facing projects within payments, card issuing or embedded finance environments.
A strong understanding of the card issuing ecosystem and how different stakeholders interact.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to lead discussions with customers and senior stakeholders.
The ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
A structured and organised approach to project delivery, balanced with the flexibility to adapt when priorities change.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to bring people together around a common objective.
A level of technical curiosity that allows you to engage confidently in discussions around APIs, integrations and payment solutions, without needing to be a software engineer.
