Own technical configuration for card issuing and processing onboarding: translate customer requirements into system settings, run tests, troubleshoot APIs/logs, liaise with engineering and project managers, and maintain onboarding documentation and improvements.

Leads Enfuce’s performance marketing strategy and team, owning digital demand generation, website performance, SEO, CRO, paid media, database marketing, AI-driven discovery, and full-funnel optimisation. The role manages channel investment, agencies, experimentation, marketing automation, and pipeline performance across enterprise and mid-market segments. It requires strong commercial judgment, experience with complex B2B sales cycles, and the ability to build high-performing teams and AI-ready marketing strategies.

Conduct structured exploratory testing of payment and card-issuing platforms using risk-based charters, session-based methods, and product intuition. Investigate edge cases, race conditions, state corruption, security gaps, integration issues, production incidents, and near-misses. Collaborate with automation engineers, developers, and product owners to improve regression coverage and quality practices. Analyze APIs, logs, databases, and architecture while maintaining PCI DSS, data protection, and audit requirements.

Lead card-scheme integrations and certifications for Visa and Mastercard. Define test cases, validate EMV scripts, tokenization, and chip profiles. Collaborate with architects, product, scheme partners, and customers to translate scheme rules into technical requirements, mentor teams, and improve certification processes and tooling.

Build and maintain scalable MLOps infrastructure and CI/CD for ML and generative AI. Implement experiment tracking, model versioning, deployment, monitoring, IaC, containerized workloads, and production lifecycle management. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to productionize, monitor, retrain, and govern models in cloud-native environments.

Own a portfolio of strategic Fleet, Fuel & Mobility customers, drive retention and revenue through account planning, upsell/cross-sell, executive engagement, KPI/ROI-focused business reviews, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination. Advocate customer needs to Product and Delivery while mentoring peers and improving Customer Success processes.

Own and execute regional marketing for Italy, Iberia and Eastern Europe: build pipeline via demand generation, ABM, events and partner initiatives; adapt global campaigns locally; align with regional Sales; measure and optimize campaign performance to demonstrate commercial impact.
