Make an impact!
As Project Manager you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of creative marketing initiatives for Expedia Group's B2B line of business. This role partners closely with marketing stakeholders and a dedicated creative team, including designers, copywriters, web strategists, and creative leaders, to deliver high-quality campaigns and content that support business goals. 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead multiple creative and marketing projects from intake through final delivery
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders, designers, copywriters, web strategists, and creative leaders to keep work aligned to business goals
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, review cycles, approvals, and stakeholder check-ins
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and changes early, and drive clear mitigation plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation, support resource planning, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and team collaboration

Experience and qualifications:

  • 3 years + of experience in project management, marketing operations, creative operations, agency, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent marketing or creative projects in a fast-moving environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related professional experience
  • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Workfront, Monday.com, or similar platforms
  • Working knowledge of creative development processes, including campaign development, design, copywriting, digital marketing, and web production
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in written and verbal communication, with the ability to build trust and influence across cross-functional teams without direct authority
