As Project Manager you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of creative marketing initiatives for Expedia Group's B2B line of business. This role partners closely with marketing stakeholders and a dedicated creative team, including designers, copywriters, web strategists, and creative leaders, to deliver high-quality campaigns and content that support business goals.
In this role, you will:
- Lead multiple creative and marketing projects from intake through final delivery
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables
- Partner with marketing stakeholders, designers, copywriters, web strategists, and creative leaders to keep work aligned to business goals
- Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, review cycles, approvals, and stakeholder check-ins
- Identify risks, dependencies, and changes early, and drive clear mitigation plans
- Maintain accurate documentation, support resource planning, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and team collaboration
Experience and qualifications:
- 3 years + of experience in project management, marketing operations, creative operations, agency, or a related field
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent marketing or creative projects in a fast-moving environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related professional experience
- Proficient in project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Workfront, Monday.com, or similar platforms
- Working knowledge of creative development processes, including campaign development, design, copywriting, digital marketing, and web production
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in written and verbal communication, with the ability to build trust and influence across cross-functional teams without direct authority
