About the Job:
We’re looking for a motivated Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our Project Management team and lead its project planning and risk management strategies. In your day to day work, you’ll focus on streamlining our project planning, team coordination, and risk management processes while ensuring that quality standards remain top-notch. You’ll have the chance to coordinate with internal and external partners, manage budgets, and communicate directly with customers and distributors. The Project Management team at our portfolio company is a dynamic group that thrives on creative and strategic involvement, agile decision-making, and cutting-edge robotics research.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Oversee project planning and scheduling to keep initiatives on track
  • Coordinate teams across a matrix organisation with both internal and external partners
  • Manage and mitigate project risks while troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Control budgets effectively and ensure projects meet financial targets
  • Communicate proactively with customers and distributors to align expectations
  • Enable and maintain high-quality standards across projects
  • Support leadership initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Your profile:

  • Solid experience in project management within technical or industrial environments
  • Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities and willingness to learn and develop
  • Experience coordinating with varied stakeholders in a matrix organization
  • Familiarity with common office software tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English is a must, German is a plus
  • Eligibility to work in Munich and the EU is required
