Innovation Consultant & Project Manager (m/f/d) for Tech & Consulting Projects

As an Innovation Consultant & Project Manager, you will analyze market challenges, manage consulting projects, and coordinate with stakeholders, focusing on innovation consulting using emerging technologies. You will also work on customer acquisition and continuous improvement of consulting methods.

Your role
- Analysis of companies and markets, their challenges and strategic goals in order to derive options for action based on the latest technologies
- Planning, structuring and independent takeover of consulting projects, preparation of workshops and change processes
- Acquisition of new customers and projects in cooperation with our Sales Team
- Analysis of product and process requirements and coordination with various stakeholders
- Continuous improvement of our Innovation Consulting and knowledge building through the introduction of new tools, best practices and the exchange of experiences from our projects
Your profile
- Proven experience in innovation and project management in a consulting environment and in at least one of the following tech areas AI, Industrial Automation, Mobility
- Successful degree in (Business) Informatics, TUM Management & Technology, Computer Science, Interaction Design, or similar
- A high affinity for new technologies and products as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Experience in managing interdisciplinary development projects and methods (Human Centered Design, Design Thinking, Google Design Sprints)
- A customer-oriented way of working, an interest in sales and a strong command of written and spoken German and English
