As a Data Centre Project Management Co-ordinator, you will be the critical link between our clients and internal teams, translating client requirements into comprehensive project proposals. You'll work closely with the Project Manager to ensure all project requests are properly documented, tracked, and executed according to scope, timeline, and budget. Your excellent communication skills and proactive approach will be essential for maintaining client relationships and ensuring project success.

Key Accountabilities

  • Intake and process client requests, gathering required information to develop project proposals
  • Collaborate with technical teams to determine feasibility, resources, and timelines
  • Create project proposals that meet client requirements and company standards
  • Track project requests and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders and follow up on action items
  • Attend client meetings and project forums as a Serverfarm representative
  • Support proposal development and assist with project administrative tasks

Required Skills

  • Experience working both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement
  • Proactive in reaching out to team members and following up on deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)

Desired Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills for data management and analysis
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Knowledge of ICT project delivery
  • Understanding of data centre operations

Location and Travel

  • Base location: London (LON1)
  • Travel: 50% split between Central London and South West UK

The listed salary range for this position is an estimate based on the competitive job market. Final compensation will be based on your own individual skills, experience, and location.
