The Opportunity:
PureSpectrum is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, Services who will play a critical role in the day-to-day delivery of services projects to our customers. This role will require thinking critically and strategically about projects and providing a consultative approach to supporting customers throughout the delivery cycle. As an experienced member of the team, you will also be expected to provide guidance and support to junior colleagues while demonstrating customer-first behaviors that are in line with PureSpectrum's culture and values.
This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be able to come into the London office 3x a week
Your Responsibilities:

  • Be known as a resource across the team and organization for project delivery, client service offerings, PureSpectrum technology, best practices, and the market research delivery process.
  • Provide effective leadership to ensure all projects you are directly responsible for, meet or exceed delivery standards for being on time, on budget, and without quality issues.
  • Oversee and lead complex projects with little to no supervision (project governance, progress, dependencies, communication, delivery process, project metrics, risk mitigation, etc.) for full service and sample-only projects; ensuring customer & business expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities to help improve project delivery performance and efficiency across the team.
  • Work closely with sales to support the growth of new business and existing clients by providing feedback on overall project performance, pricing guidance, input into sales conversations and proposals, and new opportunities to meet or exceed customer needs.
  • Leverage market research experience to provide meaningful recommendations to customers and sales that address challenges and provide the best solutions to meet research objectives.
  • Take ownership of problematic situations and provide recommendations to address and resolve problems.
  • Actively support the development of PureSpectrum platforms by providing input into feature development, clearly identifying bugs, and testing new functionality.
  • Contribute to the successful completion of OKRs that drive forward the growth of the Client Services organization and PureSpectrum
  • Lead by example in promoting a strong team environment by building and maintaining positive relationships across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the insights industry as it relates to project full-service delivery, sample management, and other important trends that will help PureSpectrum meet or exceed customer needs.


Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of In-depth knowledge and experience in the Market Research industry and project management
  • In-depth understanding of the market research delivery process across sample only and full-service projects
  • Proven ability to provide a consultative approach in addressing customer needs and project requirements.
  • Ability to analyze, understand, and interpret data as it relates to project delivery.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across teams, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Demonstrable experience of building collaborative and strong relationships across an organization and with customers
  • Ability to think critically, proactively, and innovatively in supporting customer needs and resolving problems.
  • Strong understanding of the principles of good research design and sample management
  • Proven experience in successfully managing multiple projects with competing priorities for delivery.
  • Proven ability to learn, use, and demonstrate new technologies.
