Job Description:

Purpose of the Role

Support the delivery of strategic transformation programmes across dentsu UK&I, helping ensure programme activity is organised, tracked and delivered effectively. Working alongside Programme Managers and Change Experience colleagues, you will coordinate actions, governance, reporting and stakeholder communications to help programmes achieve their intended outcomes.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to major transformation initiatives, including programmes focused on AI, automation, technology, process improvement, workforce enablement and new ways of working. It is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, driving follow-through and helping teams deliver change at pace. 

What you’ll do

Support programme delivery 

  • Support Programme Managers in coordinating programme plans, milestones, actions and deliverables. 
  • Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers and programme documentation. 
  • Monitor progress and proactively follow up on actions, risks and dependencies. 
  • Help ensure programmes remain organised, on track and well-governed.  

Drive pace and coordination 

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and governance forums. 
  • Capture actions, decisions and key outcomes, ensuring timely follow-up. 
  • Work with stakeholders to maintain momentum and resolve blockers. 
  • Create transparency across workstreams through accurate tracking and communication.  

Support reporting and governance 

  • Produce clear programme status updates, dashboards and governance materials. 
  • Ensure risks, issues, decisions and dependencies are recorded and reported accurately. 
  • Support compliance with dentsu programme governance standards and reporting requirements. 
  • Assist in preparing updates for senior stakeholders and leadership forums. 

Partner with Change Experience 

  • Work closely with Change Experience colleagues to support communications, engagement and adoption activities. 
  • Help coordinate stakeholder engagement, training and change plans. 
  • Ensure programme activity and change activity remain aligned. 
  • Support successful embedding of new processes, technologies and ways of working.  

Support AI and automation transformation 

  • Contribute to programmes involving AI, automation and digital transformation. 
  • Help identify opportunities to improve reporting, tracking and programme administration through automation and AI tools. 
  • Promote adoption of efficient, scalable and data-driven ways of working.

  • Stakeholders have clear visibility of progress, risks and decisions.
  • Governance forums run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Strong partnership with Programme Managers and Change Experience teams.
  • Transformation initiatives are supported effectively through high-quality coordination and reporting.
  • Opportunities to improve ways of working through AI and automation are actively identified and implemented. 

What you’ll bring

  • Experience supporting projects, programmes or business change initiatives.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using project management, collaboration and reporting tools.
  • Experience, knowledge of or interest in AI, automation, technology or digital transformation.
  • Familiarity with programme management methodologies and tools.
