What you will accomplish

  • Coordinate the execution of priority strategic growth initiatives across Europe, ensuring clear plans, milestones, owners, and timelines are in place.

  • Support program governance and operating rhythms, including meeting cadences, status updates, action tracking, and stakeholder communications.

  • Partner with regional and global teams across Strategy, Operations, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance to maintain alignment and momentum across initiatives.

  • Track progress against key deliverables, identify dependencies and risks early, and escalate issues in a timely and structured way.

  • Prepare high-quality materials to support decision-making, including project updates, executive summaries, and cross-functional readouts.

  • Help maintain transparency across multiple workstreams by consolidating updates, documenting decisions, and ensuring follow-through on actions.

  • Support rollout readiness for new initiatives by coordinating inputs from local markets and helping teams stay aligned on scope and timing.

  • Act as a reliable point of coordination for European stakeholders, helping bridge strategic intent with operational delivery.

What You Bring

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at once.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clarity across complex or fast-moving workstreams.

  • A structured and detail-oriented approach, paired with the ability to stay focused on the bigger picture.

  • Experience working across cross-functional teams in a matrixed or global organization.

  • Confidence in tracking execution, resolving ambiguity, and driving follow-through with a high degree of ownership.

  • Comfort working with data and business insights to support reporting, prioritization, and decision-making.

  • A highly collaborative mindset — you build trust quickly and enjoy helping teams work effectively together.
