Role Summary and Impact :  

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the solution architecture for some of the world’s largest global brands and retailers and be an integral part of our talented and expanding Data and Technology Solutions team (part of WPP). 
You’ll develop relationships with key client teams stakeholders (internal), in charge of digital operations, data management and business intelligence. You will be working closely with internal planning and delivery teams to ensure your architecture vision is realised.
Our Solution Delivery team not only focus on delivery but also work with our clients in delivering the best consulting advice to ensure world class solutions that enable our clients to operate more effectively. 
What will you do :
•    Working on large-scale digital transformation programmes with global clients, designing solutions for all the opportunity and complexity this brings.
•    Coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders, orchestrate and run design workshops, and translate business strategy and requirements into solution architecture. 
•    Own the solution architecture, document it, and communicate that architecture to a wide range of audiences 
•    Collaborate with engineering, data science, and technology teams to create conceptual and logical solution architectures for problem statements, emphasising scalable and integrated designs.
•    Ensure your architecture vision is realised by our teams, across all phases of programme delivery. 
•    Contribute to the initiatives of our Solution Architecture team, including developing common patterns for new technologies and developing PoCs against industry trends.
•    Enhance the scale and sophistication of data management and BI solution adoption by clients and markets.

Skills and Experience

•    Experience as a Solution Architect working in a data and technology environment, specialising in Data Management/Data Quality.
•    Experience delivering solution transformations, roadmaps and (or) Integration strategies.  
•    Proven experience in client and delivery focussed roles, able to adapt a solution to meet additional requirements and constraints.
•    Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for non-technical audiences
•    Solid understanding of data concepts such as master data, reference data, data quality, and integrations
•    Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
•    Ability to demonstrate proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
•    Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
•    Ability to manage relationships across multiple market profiles and business functions.
•    Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills.
•    Proven ability to plan and adapt priorities in a dynamic business environment.
•    Ability to stay updated on industry developments and provide relevant advice or commentary.
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Media/marketing experience
•    Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
•    Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Miro).
