We are looking for our Project Administrator M/F/X for ourGreenfieldProject in Germany. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project team, ensuring smooth project operations.
This is a remote role for the first months, where you will be working from home. Afterwards you will work on site with the project team. You will report to the Engineering Lead for the Greenfield project. Join this exciting assignment for three years.
Key responsibilities:
- You support communication between project stakeholders.
- You schedule meetings and events.
- You assist in budget and cost control.
- You prepare progress reports and status updates.
- You support risk management activities.
- You ensure quality standards in administrative processes.
- You provide general administrative support to the Project Manager and team.
Qualifications:
- You have experience in an administrative or support role on projects in construction or manufacturing.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You are experienced with Microsoft Office Suit and project management software.
- You can manage databases and digital documentation easily.
- You know how to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- You have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and budget monitoring.
