Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery
- Own end-to-end program execution across multiple projects, ensuring delivery to scope, time, cost, and quality targets
- Translate contractual agreements into integrated delivery plans and execution strategies
- Drive delivery excellence, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and escalations in a complex environment
- Ensure strong alignment between pre-sales commitments and delivery execution
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Act as primary escalation point and trusted advisor for VM02 senior stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships, ensuring transparency and alignment on program objectives
- Lead governance forums, steering committees, and customer reviews
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership growth
Financial & Commercial Accountability
- Own program P&L, including revenue, cost, margin (unadjusted margin), and forecasting
- Drive financial performance through rigorous cost control, resource optimization, and risk management
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and add on sales
Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure full adherence to Ericsson Group directives, legal, financial, and E+OHS requirements
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, reporting, and audit readiness
- Lead program-level risk, issue, and dependency management across all delivery streams
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory obligations
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and develop multi-disciplinary, geographically distributed teams
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to senior project managers and delivery leads
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and inclusive team culture
- Ensure effective resource planning and capability development across the program
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong program and portfolio management expertise
- Advanced stakeholder and customer relationship management
- Proven financial and commercial acumen
- Robust understanding of logistics, design and integration services, NPI and trials
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Strong risk management and decision-making capability
Experience & Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or equivalent
- Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex programs in telecom or managed services
- Demonstrated leadership of multi-project, multi-team environments
- Proven success in customer-facing delivery roles
- Project/program management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) preferred
- Experience within strategic customer accounts (e.g., Tier-1 operators like VM02) highly desirable
