  • Forecast accuracy (monthly and quarterly)
  • Change control governance
  • Prevention of margin erosion through scope creep or over-servicing

Serve as the primary senior delivery interface for the client.

  • Engage at Snr Management / Board level
  • Build trust through transparency and predictability
  • Lead Programme Boards
  • Own executive narrative when delivery risk emerges
  • Balance customer satisfaction with commercial integrity

You ensure that the client sees a controlled programme, not fragmented projects, and risks are shared early with credible recovery plans.

Portfolio Integration & Dependency Control

Operating as the single source of truth across all workstreams:

  • Identify and manage cross-project dependencies that threaten critical path
  • Aggregate risk exposure across workstreams
  • Provide impact modelling when milestones slip
  • Maintain a revenue-weighted RAG view
  • Align programme trajectory to strategic roadmap commitments

Strategic Alignment & Governance

  • MSP-aligned stage gates
  • PRINCE2-aligned controls at project level
  • Clear Definition of Done at milestone level
  • Exception reporting thresholds
  • Escalation triggers

Delivery Leadership & Capability Development

  • Provide leadership and coaching to Senior Project Managers and Project Managers.
  • Create a high-performing delivery culture focused on accountability, clarity, and collaboration.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery standards, governance maturity, and operational effectiveness.
  • Support recruitment, capability development, and performance management within the wider delivery function.

Qualifications

  • Structured and governance-led approach to delivery oversight.
  • Highly autonomous while maintaining strong alignment with organisational objectives.
