Reporting into the Head of PMO, based in our Biggin Hill Campus, you will:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Work closely with project sponsor and cross-functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
  • Conduct feasibility assessments
  • Establish and manage direct responsibilities with all stakeholders as a point of contact for project performance updates.
  • Resource Management: Identifies and secures appropriate resources to work on the programme; defines clear roles and responsibilities for all team members including specific responsibility for production of all deliverables.
  • Manage project risks and issues with clear mitigation plans and following an escalation process where needed.
  • Establish and manage regular project review meetings covering cost, schedule, resources, RAID and RAG statuses
  • Process Design: can map out end-to-end processes, identify inefficiencies, propose solutions and build the case for change

Specification Essentials:

  • Prince 2 Practitioner
  • Experience as a Project/Programme Manager in delivering projects of various sizes and complexities
  • A proven ability to deal with shifting priorities, demands and timelines in a structured and objective manner.
  • Capable of managing multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with Waterfall methodology
  • Proficient in MS Project
  • Good understanding of Power BI
