About the Tesco Retail Media Team

The Retail Media team has a strong foundation in developing capability that drives significant benefit to Tesco, our customers and to suppliers.

Through the evolution of our Media platforms cand capability we can enable propositions that inspire  customers, give suppliers the ability to reach customers with relevant and personalised Media propositions, and in turn drive profit for Dunnhumby.

To date, we have developed a set of Media capabilities that have enabled strong growth in Media revenue with aspirations to further increase this in coming years. In order to achieve this, we will be looking to significantly enhance and mature our media capabilities, both in terms of how suppliers and employees experience them, and how we can monitor and improve.

  • Pro-actively identify and problem solve areas of the programme that need direct interaction to remove roadblocks etc
  • Promote consistent standards and ways of working for how stakeholders interact with across the programme

  • Will include regular contact with key client stakeholders, with time spent ‘on site’ client side
  • Model our company values: Passion, Curiosity, Collaboration, and Courage
  • Experience and Qualifications in Programme Management disciplines and ability to apply these appropriately to the organisation
