Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished and strategic Programme Manager to join our vibrant and collaborative team, to oversee the successful delivery of complex, integrated projects. This leadership role is important to ensuring operational excellence and building a strong programme management discipline within our agency. You’ll work closely with client services, strategy, and creative teams to deliver seamless, measurable solutions that make a meaningful impact in healthcare marketing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership across multiple projects, ensuring holistic delivery of integrated solutions.

  • Partner with client services to enhance operational discipline and foster creative execution.

  • Ownership of programme financials. Overview of all scopes of work and budgets; perform weekly reviews, analysis and reconciliations. Support revenue forecasting.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, for programmes of work, accurately scoping work and resources.

  • Draft detailed project documentation, including statements of work, estimates, and change orders.

  • Programme planning, assessing for risks to project delivery, offering solutions to keep project on track.

  • Establish and manage touchpoints throughout project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Implement and refine workflows, processes, and systems to optimize efficiency.

  • Connect workflows across diverse functions, including digital, print, video, experiential, and social media.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an integrated agency setting, managing complex and varied project types.

  • Strong expertise in workflow and process management, with a focus on efficiency and excellence.

  • Exceptional client service skills, with outstanding written and verbal communication.

  • Experience with digital, experiential, content (motion and still), and print work.

  • Healthcare marketing experience, with knowledge of regulatory processes desirable.

  • Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Suite and project management systems.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with a drive for continuous improvement.

  • A desire to coach and mentor junior team members
