Your new role: Programme Integration Co-Ordinator
The Programme Integration Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that projects across the Global Outdoor transformation portfolio are successfully integrated into business as usual. This role leads cross-functional readiness, business coordination, stakeholder alignment, and transition planning to ensure programmes deliver operational value with minimal disruption.
You’ll work across capital programmes, asset expansion, refresh projects, and operational initiatives, ensuring Commercial, Sales, Operations, Finance, Partnerships and Maintenance teams are engaged, aligned and ready. The role will also identify opportunities to simplify ways of working and exploit AI and automation to improve visibility, coordination, reporting and decision-making across the programme environment.
This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Head of PMO, working closely with the Global Outdoor executive, Transformation Directors, Operations Directors, and senior stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Integration & Transition into BAU
Own the end-to-end integration of projects into business as usual across all programmes
Lead asset charge and out-of-charge processes in collaboration with Projects and Commercial teams to protect sales and support forecasts
Ensure systems are updated, campaigns are protected, and operational handovers are smooth
Drive business readiness and coordination across Sales, Operations, Finance, Partnerships and Maintenance
Programme Planning & Coordination
Maintain programme-level visibility of project plans, target deadlines, and beneficial use milestones
Monitor deliverables and progress with Project Managers, escalating risks, dependencies and blockers where needed
Develop and embed efficient processes, trackers, registers and tools to support programme delivery and integration
Risk & Dependency Management
Lead the collation, management and review of programme risk registers
Track impacts, dependencies and mitigations across the portfolio
Provide programme-level visibility of risk exposure to senior stakeholders and support effective mitigation planning
Reporting, Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
Produce programme reporting packs for steering committees, operational groups and senior leadership
Lead business communications and engagement on project progress, milestones and impacts
Build strong relationships with the Programmes team and wider stakeholder groups across the business
Use data, technology and AI-enabled approaches where appropriate to improve reporting, insight, consistency and efficiency

What You’ll Need
Experience in PMO or project management environments
Proven ability to work across multiple senior stakeholder groups and drive alignment
Strong planning, coordination and reporting skills
Ability to translate delivery plans into business impacts, risks and actions
High attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Interest in using AI and technology to improve ways of working, reporting and business processes
Qualifications and Training
Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
PRINCE2 certification, or a willingness to work towards certification as part of the role
PMO, project or change-related training/certification would be advantageous
