Role Description 

This role sits within our India hub as part of an international team. The only difference is location, otherwise we are one coherent unit!  

 

The Campaign Manager is responsible for setting up campaigns on our DSP partners, optimising campaigns to maximise our client’s KPI’s. This is across multiple formats such as (but not limited to) Display, Video, CTV, Audio and DOOH which is across multiple DSPs.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

The Campaign Manager will work across many of Kinesso’s key clients supporting the Programmatic Director. As this is a client-facing role the Campaign Manager should possess strong communication and presentational skills. The Campaign Manager will also manage people in their team, and shall be responsible for their output, their ongoing development and growth within the company. 

 

Campaign Management & Media Plan Implementation 

  • Ensure all media plan requirements are correctly implemented in DSP consoles.  
  • Ability to oversee the execution of planned campaigns to ensure the highest standards are in line with set objectives.                                                       
  • Track, measure, and analyse early post launch campaign activities and resolve delivery and performance problems related to set up and technical issues.  
  • Ongoing optimisation of multi-channel campaigns to ensure client goals are met.  
  • Liaise with the agency account leads and clients directly to discuss current campaign optimisation plans and recommendations.    
  • Work with wider Campaign Management team to build strategic optimisation framework and testing framework to deliver outstanding results. 
  • Maximizing campaign performance via optimisations according to our client’s KPI’s 
  • Able to troubleshoot any issues within the DSP or tech platform.    
  • Operate as key client (internal and external) point of contact for day-to day operational services. 
  • Become an expert in the use and best practices for multiple DSP offering insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness through deep use of each platforms functionality, although in-console campaign management is not a part of this role.  
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the digital media industry and media market dynamics 

           

Ad Operations  

  • Work directly with third party ad servers, rich media vendors, clients, media buying and trafficking teams and internal staff on all elements related to creative specifications, submission and ad trafficking. 
  • Traffic and QA online advertising assets onto DSP consoles, and follow up with Agency/Advertisers on ad creatives as needed.   

 

 

Business and Team Development 

 

  • Full support of career progression of more junior team members supporting them in growth and development and training in role 
  • Able to be a team player and work with different stakeholders in the business. 
  • Able to talk to publishers / tech partners and update the wider team on key features. 
  • Able to be a strong leader, being accountable and responsible for the output of your team 
  • Propose to test new technologies, data, and betas to deliver innovations    
  • Ability to effectively explain reason behind performance changes and recommend course of actions for key stakeholders 
  • Have an excellent understanding all elements of Kinesso applications and product offerings 
  • Consult with clients and agency planning teams regarding development and alignment of campaign parameters to sell in and develop Kinesso services.
